Born in Naples in 1980, has worked with important chefs such as Renato Martino and Enrico Mori, with starred chefs in the capital and in Dublin at the renowned Restaurant Frederik Duvall.

After years of experience, he consolidates all his expertise at La Merla Osteria Boutique, offering a culmination of refined culinary artistry and unparalleled hospitality.

Room, terrace and courtyard

The main room, furnished with taste and elegance, offers an intimate and refined environment, the panoramic terrace overlooks the gentle slopes of the Tuscan hills, offering a unique and suggestive view. Finally, the court is an intimate, collected and reserved space, covered with a bio-climatic pergola.
